Open Homes & Inspection Sign-In

For security, safety and compliance reasons, Betschwar & Co requires all attendees to provide basic personal information before being permitted to inspect a property.

At a minimum, this includes:

  • Contact phone number

This information is digitally collected at open homes, private inspections and other property viewings.

The information is used to:

  • Support the safety and security of owners, occupants, clients and staff
  • Maintain accurate attendance records
  • Assist with follow-up enquiries and relevant communications
  • Comply with professional and regulatory obligations

Providing this information is a condition of entry to inspect a property.
If an attendee chooses not to provide the required details, access to the property may be refused.
